Chrome Plate - CP
Chrome plate finish is achieved by applying an initial layer of copper, followed by a layer of bright nickel and finally a coating of hard gloss chromium to achieve the lustrous hard-wearing mirror finish.

- This product (Perko R1) is not suitable for use on fire doors in the United Kingdom or Europe Union, either in a new installation or as a replacement on a notional fire door. Products intended for use on fire doors in these areas must carry the CE mark. Where door closers are concerned, currently, this means that only controlled door closing devices can be used. CE marking of uncontrolled devices is not currently available, as the necessary harmonised European standard has not been published. This is an uncontrolled door closer. Therefore, it cannot be CE-marked and should not be used on fire doors in areas where CE markings are mandated.
Fire and safety
Perko is the original concealed door closer, offering an economic means of providing automatic closing.
Perko is suitable for internal doors up to 50kg/110lbs in weight in light to medium use applications.
Solid brass round anchor plates, lacquered mechanism housing and precision-engineered chain add to the appeal of Perko. Supplied with fixing screws and full fitting instructions.

A Perko R21 ‘extended’ version with rectangular face plates is also available for use with projection and parliament hinges.
